Qualifications
Must have a minimum of 5+ years of working experience in Marketing roles, with 3+ years of experience in the department. Head with proven track record in Brand Marketing, PR, and/or communications with majority of experience in Technology Companies or Startups.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field.
Proficient in all areas of marketing including Digital marketing, Content marketing, PR, and Brand management.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business results.
Experience in leading and managing a team, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.
Deep understanding of various digital channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, performance marketing, and others.
