We are currently seeking a Cluster Head of Sales & Marketing to lead and drive commercial performance across our villa portfolio.
This role is critical in shaping our market positioning, strengthening brand presence, and maximizing revenue across multiple properties through strategic sales, marketing, and partnerships.
Position: Cluster Head of Sales & Marketing
The Cluster Head of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for overseeing all sales and marketing strategies, initiatives, and budgets across Lyvin Melasti Villa & Suites, Lyvin Bingin Villas, and Lyvin Berawa Villas. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong commercial acumen, creative thinking, and the ability to translate strategy into measurable results.
Success in this role means driving sustainable revenue growth, strengthening market share, optimizing distribution channels, and building a high-performing sales and marketing team while maintaining strong brand consistency across the cluster.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Financial Performance
- Achieve and exceed budgeted revenue targets across all properties within the cluster.
- Lead the preparation of annual sales budgets, marketing plans, and business forecasts.
- Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and total revenue including rooms and ancillary services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and performance data to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation
- Drive corporate, leisure, group, and long-stay business through direct sales, partnerships, and distribution channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel partners, agents, and strategic accounts.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities that align with brand positioning and profitability goals.
- Oversee negotiations, contracts, and rate strategies to ensure commercial effectiveness.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Lead brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all sales and marketing channels.
- Create and sustain a strong digital and social media presence for each property.
- Oversee promotional campaigns, content direction, and collaborations to increase visibility and demand.
- Strengthen brand awareness and reputation within the local and international market.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, coach, and develop the cluster sales and marketing team.
- Set clear performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and foster a results-oriented culture.
- Work closely with Operations, Revenue, and Finance teams to align commercial strategies with guest experience and operational capacity.
- Ensure proper staffing, tools, and training are in place to support sales objectives.
Reporting & Analysis
- Produce regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
- Analyze results against targets and adjust strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Identify operational or commercial challenges impacting sales performance and drive solutions collaboratively.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably within luxury, lifestyle hotels, resorts, or villas
- Proven experience managing multi-property or cluster-level portfolios
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and creative thinking skills
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Proven track record of achieving commercial targets and business growth
- High level of computer literacy and familiarity with sales and marketing systems
