Head of Legal

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all legal matters to ensure company operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Provide strategic legal advice to management in support of business decisions and risk management.
• Manage litigation, disputes, and legal proceedings, including oversight of external legal counsel.
• Serve as the key liaison with regulators, external counsel, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in compliance, regulatory matters, and corporate governance.
• Solid experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
