Job Description:
- Lead and coordinate the HRGA team in carrying out daily tasks.
- Handle all legal documents related to foreign workers (expatriates), including work visas, KITAS, IMTA, and other required permits.
- Ensure company compliance with labor, immigration, and applicable legal regulations.
- Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, company agreements, and other legal documents.
- Supervise HR administrative activities such as recruitment, attendance, payroll, and employee relations.
- Manage general affairs, including company licensing, assets, office facilities, and external relations with government institutions.
- Act as the main liaison between the company and government institutions (Ministry of Manpower, Immigration, Department of Labor and Transmigration, etc.).
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Law, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRGA, with at least 2 years in a leader/supervisor position.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, immigration regulations, and corporate law in Indonesia.
- Experienced in handling legal documents for foreign workers (expatriates).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
