About the Company
We are a B2B cosmetics and personal care manufacturing company based in South Jakarta, Indonesia, specializing in OEM, ODM, and contract manufacturing for local and international brands.
About the Role
The role will oversee HR strategy, talent management, employee relations, organizational development, HR compliance, as well as general administration, facilities, vendor management, and workplace operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision, mission, and long-term goals.
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure optimal staffing levels and future talent readiness.
- Establish and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, productive, and cohesive work environment.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers on people-related matters.
- Oversee general administrative, office, facility, procurement, and corporate service operations.
- Manage company assets, facilities, vendors, and service contracts to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality.
- Lead initiatives related to workplace safety, security, business continuity, and corporate administration.
- Develop and manage the annual Human Capital & GA budget and optimize operational costs.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership based on HR analytics and operational data.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Human Capital & GA team to drive high performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support organizational priorities and change management initiatives.
- Promote company values and strengthen organizational culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master's degree and HR certification CHRP preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in HR and General Affairs, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development principles.
- Proven experience in managing administrative operations and facilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
