Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR function and support the growth of our P2P Lending/LPBBTI business. This role will oversee the full HR cycle while ensuring strong people governance, regulatory compliance, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead manpower planning, organizational development, recruitment, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including hiring for critical and strategic positions.
  • Develop and implement performance management, KPI, career development, compensation, and benefit programs.
  • Establish and execute annual Learning & Development programs, including regulatory and mandatory training.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with OJK regulations, employment laws, and internal policies.
  • Support compliance with requirements related to governance, risk management, anti-fraud, information security, data protection, and employee integrity.
  • Oversee payroll, BPJS, PPh 21, employee administration, HRIS, and personnel records.
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and industrial relations.
  • Identify and mitigate HR-related risks, including fraud, misconduct, conflict of interest, and confidentiality risks.
  • Prepare HR documentation and support OJK examinations, audits, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with the Management team to build a high-performing, compliant, and sustainable organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial/leadership position.
  • Experience in P2P Lending, Fintech, Financial Services, Banking, or other regulated industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR management, Indonesian labor regulations, and OJK regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in organizational development, recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and compliance awareness.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
