Develop and implement global procurement strategies to optimize sourcing, pricing, and supplier management across APAC.
Standardize procurement processes across all offices and departments, including non-security goods/services and governance oversight for security-related procurement.
Oversee Strategic Sourcing initiatives to consolidate suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure best value for the company.
Collaborate with SecOps, PMO, and business unit heads to ensure procurement governance and compliance for IT/security-related purchases.
Establish and enforce governance policies aligned with global compliance standards, legal requirements, and internal audit expectations.
Implement Procure-to-Pay (P2P) best practices to ensure accurate documentation, approval flows, and timely vendor payments.
Drive vendor management programs, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and risk assessments.
Lead cost-saving and value-creation initiatives without compromising quality, service, or compliance.
Oversee spending patterns, supplier performance, and budget adherence.
Manage procurement-related risks, including contract disputes, supply disruptions, and compliance breaches.
Ensure contract lifecycle management from drafting, negotiation, and renewal to termination.
Advise leadership on market trends, price fluctuations, and emerging sourcing opportunities.
Provide procurement governance training to internal stakeholders across APAC to ensure process compliance.
Act as the primary escalation point for procurement issues impacting project timelines or service delivery.
Prepare and present periodic procurement reports to the Board of Directors.
Requirements
Minimum bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of procurement experience, with 3-5 years in a regional or global leadership role.
Proven experience in multinational or regional operations within professional services, consulting, or technology industries.
Familiarity with APAC procurement regulations and cross-border supply chain management.
Strong knowledge of Strategic Sourcing, Procurement Process Development, and P2P workflows.
Experience in vendor risk management and contract lifecycle management..
Understanding of governance, compliance, and audit principles.
Ability to analyze spend data and develop actionable insights for cost optimization.
Strong familiarity with IT/security procurement processes.

Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple time zones and cultures.
