Head of Finance

Youvit is Indonesia's leading vitamin gummy brand, with Online as our #1 growth focus. We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded Head of Finance to lead our Finance function and partner closely with the CEO and management team.

This role owns end-to-end finance across financial planning, accounting, tax, cash flow, controls, reporting, audit, and business partnering. The role will provide financial insights to support profitable growth, disciplined cash management, and key strategic initiatives including fundraising and investor reporting.

Role Description

As Head of Finance, you will lead the finance agenda from planning and performance management through accounting, tax, cash flow, controls, and strategic finance. You will translate financial data into clear business insights and practical recommendations for the CEO and management team.

The role combines strong technical finance leadership with commercial judgment. You will help the business maintain financial discipline while enabling growth, working closely with Commercial and Operations, the CEO, and other senior stakeholders.

You will also play a key role in strengthening finance processes and systems, managing external auditors and tax advisors, and supporting financial modelling, fundraising, investor reporting, and other strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities :

1. Financial Planning & Performance

• Budgeting & Planning: Lead annual budgeting, financial planning, and rolling forecast processes.
• Performance Management: Monitor budget vs. actual and forecast performance; identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Management Reporting: Deliver monthly management reporting and actionable recommendations.

2. Accounting, Tax & Controls

• Financial Reporting: Oversee monthly closing, statutory reporting, accounting, and tax compliance.
• Finance Processes & Systems: Strengthen financial processes, internal controls, and finance systems.
• External Stakeholders: Coordinate external auditors, tax advisors, and statutory stakeholders.

3. Cash Flow & Working Capital

• Cash Flow Management: Lead cash flow forecasting, cash burn monitoring, and working capital management.
• Cash Efficiency: Optimize cash conversion cycle and working capital efficiency.
• Spending Discipline: Ensure disciplined spending and financial controls across the business.

4. Commercial & Strategic Finance

• Business Partnering: Act as Finance Business Partner to Commercial and Operations teams.
• Commercial Insights: Provide insights on pricing, margins, distributor economics, trade spending, and promotions.
• Strategic Finance: Support the CEO and management team on financial modelling, fundraising, investor reporting, and other strategic finance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• 8-10+ years of progressive experience in Finance/Accounting, with 3-5+ years in a leadership role.

• Proven experience managing end-to-end Finance functions.

• Have an experience working as an Auditor

• Strong expertise in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, working capital, accounting, and tax.

• Strong commercial and business partnering mindset; FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, or E-commerce experience preferred.

• Experience working closely with CEO/C-level and external stakeholders.

• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• High integrity, ownership, accountability, and confidentiality.

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems.

• Financial modelling, fundraising, or investor reporting experience is a strong advantage.
