Head of Finance and Accounting

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure that tax planning and non-tax planning are carried out in line with targets and applicable tax regulations.
2. Ensure that tax and non-tax obligations are fulfilled in compliance with prevailing regulations.
3. Ensure that payment transaction documents, premium billing documents, and other related documents are accurate and complete, and meet the company's needs and targets.
4. Ensure effective management of the company's cash and assets, across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons, to support operational and investment needs.
5. Ensure that the accounting system and other supporting activities run smoothly, accurately, and in accordance with established procedures.
6. Ensure that the company's financial statements are prepared smoothly, accurately, completely, and on schedule.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Management.
2. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Finance or Actuarial.
3. Strong knowledge of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and OJK (Financial Services Authority) regulations.
