Head of Finance, Accounting, & Tax

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (preferably from top universities)

- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax (including Tax Reporting, Tax Audit, Tax Planning, and Financial Analysis), or at least 3 years in a similar leadership role

- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel, SAP, MYOB, Zahir, and other accounting systems

- Solid understanding of tax regulations and compliance

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the overall Finance, Accounting, and Tax departments

- Prepare accurate and timely financial and tax reports

- Oversee tax audits and ensure full compliance with applicable tax regulations

- Supervise and guide the accounting team to ensure smooth daily operations

- Develop financial plans and strategies aligned with company objectives

- Monitor and control company assets and capital management

- Conduct financial analysis and deliver insights to support management decision-making
