MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Construction Lead manages and controls all aspects on construction process. He/she will lead project leaders to manage the project. He/she will also responsible to cooperate with all related parties, including others department and division before, during, and after the construction period.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree or higher, with strong background in structure or comes from Civil Engineering / Architecture Engineering
- Fluent in English, proficient
- Strong analytical and systematical thinking
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience working as a project management, construction management consultant or contractor
- Good design skill, good ability to read technical drawing
- Thorough and precise detail check manner
- Possesses strong leadership
- Good negotiation skill
- Advance computer application: Microsoft Office application, AutoCAD, SAP, or ETABS (preferable)
