About the customer:

Our client is a multinational manufacturing company specializing in the processing of agricultural raw materials into high-quality ingredients for the food, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors. With operations in over 100 countries, the company is committed to sustainable development and continuous innovation. Their Indonesian facility, located in Cilegon, Banten, focuses on the production of fructose-based products for both domestic and international markets.

Job Summary:

Our client , a global leader in food and agribusiness, is seeking a Head of Factory HRGA to lead our Human Resources and General Affairs function in Cilegon. You will manage a workforce of 380 employees (329 in Cilegon and 51 in Jakarta), oversee a team of 4 HR staff, and serve as a strategic partner to management. This role is critical in driving people development, industrial relations, HR operations, and community engagement, ensuring alignment with both global and local business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual people plans aligned with business strategy.
  • Lead recruitment, talent acquisition, training, and people development programs.
  • Manage performance reviews, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Design and implement factory remuneration strategy and retention programs.
  • Conduct annual salary benchmarking and recommend adjustments.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.
  • Ensure effective use and development of HRIS systems.
  • Drive employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Partner with labor unions and manage bipartite processes.
  • Handle dispute management and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, CLA, and company policies.
  • Liaise with government authorities (Disnaker, Immigration, BPJS).
  • Oversee workplace safety culture in collaboration with the Safety Officer.
  • Lead and implement community development initiatives

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years in HR supervisory roles or 3 years in HR management, preferably in a factory/manufacturing environment.
    • Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and labor law.
    • Experience with HRIS development/implementation is an advantage.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Assertive leadership style with ability to influence across all levels.
    • Proficient in English (spoken & written).
    • HRBP certification is a plus.

    For this position, the clients gross budget is between 24.000.000 - 35.000.000 /month. Position in Cilegon.
