Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategic plan for the whole E-Commerce business included sales revenue, product development, and expansion business capacity.
  • Drive E-commerce channel performance inline with company target and direction.
  • Complete period update report on sales, distribution, product and channel expansion with digital activity.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationship.
  • Develop digital marketing activity that tied to sales revenue and increasing branch awareness.
  • Monitoring digital performance that bring impact to sales conversion (traffics, sales conversion, ROI).
  • Develop product line-up timeline to meet with E-commerce platform requirements to execute online exclusive product launch.
  • Provide yearly sales target, quarterly sales forecast, monthly sales report, weekly activities, and information of market or competitor activities.
  • Reviewing and analyzing trading term/sales support programs.
  • Ensure E-commerce team are well execute all the mandatory task and target, and keep the working ecosystem are well maintain.
  • Responsible to report all E-commerce business performance to Sales Director.

Competencies Required

  • Magister in Business Administration or Bachelor in Marketing/Management.
  • 5 years experiences as E-Commerce sales manager in Home Appliances companies or related.
  • Fluency in English and able to speak Mandarin will be advantage.
  • Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word) and ERP system.
  • Have a strong sales knowledge, product knowledge update, share market analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and excellent Inter-personal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach.
  • Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes.
  • Team leader, people management, persuasive and innovative.
  • Logically and analytically minded.
  • Detailed oriented and numbers friendly.
