KonaKorp is looking for a Brand Consultant who can think strategically, present clearly, work directly with clients, and build brand direction that is commercially useful.
This role is for someone who understands that branding is not decoration. It is business.
Industry Option:
- Option A — Consumer Brands (For FMCG, personal care & beauty, pharmaceutical, health & wellness, retail, and food & beverage brands.)
- Option B — Technology Brands (For technology, IT, AI, data, digital products, software, and related industries.)
What you'll do
- Develop positioning, messaging, and brand strategy
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Build decks, frameworks, and strategic recommendations
- Support naming, communication direction, and go-to-market thinking
- Work directly with internal teams and client-facing stakeholders
- Translate strategic thinking into actionable guidance for content, creative, campaigns, and brand direction
- Use AI and research tools to improve speed, depth, and quality of output
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Strong English, written and spoken
- Strong strategic thinking and presentation skills
- Strong commercial judgment and client-facing confidence
- Able to structure ideas clearly and build strong recommendation narratives
- Comfortable using AI tools and Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace
- Able to work across fast-moving projects with high standards
