Job Description:

  • Support the execution of internal communication strategies to strengthen employee engagement and company culture.
  • Manage and maintain various internal communication channels, including newsletters, employee portals, email broadcasts, town halls, intranet, and other internal media.
  • Develop engaging and relevant communication content, such as company news, announcements, and internal campaigns.
  • Support the planning and implementation of internal events, including town halls, employee gatherings, and corporate campaigns.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in corporate communication, internal communication, employee relations, or event management.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in using design and productivity tools such as Canva and Microsoft Office 365.
