To compile and review report related to sales from either historical or forecasted data which will be used for setup sales target guidance, measuring achievement, calculating the incentive for sales field team and supporting management to take a strategic data oriented based decision which in the end will create a positive benefit for the company
Responsibilities:
- Sales Productivity Improvement (Sales Associate / POS). Measures the impact of enablement tools, processes, and training. Productivity is the ultimate outcome of commercial excellence, ensuring resources are maximized.
- SA POS Forecast Accuracy. Reflects effectiveness of commercial planning, segmentation, and resource allocation along with Partners management.
- Pricing & Margin Uplift. Directly links commercial excellence to profitability. A strong pricing and revenue management strategy proves the function's ability to balance growth with financial health.
- Go-to-Market Effectiveness (New Product / Campaign Ramp-up Time). Faster GTM execution increases competitiveness and accelerates revenue realization. Ensures alignment between sales, marketing, and product.
- Stakeholder Alignment (Cross-Functional OKR Achievement). Tracking alignment across functions ensures GTM execution is cohesive and strategy is translated into outcomes.
Requirements:
- Min 8 – 10 years experiences in leading data scientist team
- Managing 5 – 8 Junior or senior data analyst by providing data insights to increase company profit or opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills including ability to independently drive analysis concluding with rationalized recommendations
- Ability to see metrics in the context of the business as a whole
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple request / projects simultaneously
- Prefer e-commerce or financial tech companies experiences.
- Strong leadership with business acumen is a plus.
- Having knowledge of SQL and Experience with R or Python is a plus
- Strong communications skills
- Interest in fintech and high level of curiosity.
