Role Description
As Head of Business Development, you will lead and execute the group's overall growth strategy across all portfolio brands. You will identify, evaluate, and pursue acquisition opportunities, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships while building strong business cases and financial models to support expansion decisions. You will own the full deal lifecyclefrom sourcing and negotiation to structuring and closingensuring each initiative delivers measurable value. In parallel, you will unlock cross-brand synergies, expand monetization channels, and drive sustainable revenue growth across the group. Working closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Legal, you will ensure that every growth initiative is strategically sound, operationally executable, and aligned with the group's long-term vision.
