Role Description

As Head of Business Development, you will lead and execute the group's overall growth strategy across all portfolio brands. You will identify, evaluate, and pursue acquisition opportunities, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships while building strong business cases and financial models to support expansion decisions. You will own the full deal lifecyclefrom sourcing and negotiation to structuring and closingensuring each initiative delivers measurable value. In parallel, you will unlock cross-brand synergies, expand monetization channels, and drive sustainable revenue growth across the group. Working closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Legal, you will ensure that every growth initiative is strategically sound, operationally executable, and aligned with the group's long-term vision.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Investment, or related leadership roles.
  • Strong background in startups, consumer goods, D2C brands, aggregators, or venture-backed companies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills to assess market trends and drive data-informed decisions
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and fostering client relationships to meet revenue goals
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Business Development strategies to drive organizational growth
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
