About the role
As the Head Division (Industrial Printing) at Asaba Group, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team and driving the strategic growth of the Industrial Printing division. In this full-time, office-based role in central Jakarta, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company&aposs success.
What We&aposre Looking For :
- Experience (5+ years) in a Senior Sales Manager role within the industrial printing machinery sectorpreferably with exposure to large-format, offset, digital, or packaging printing technologies.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing sales teams to achieve ambitious growth targets, especially in B2B technical product environments.
- In-depth understanding of the industrial printing market, including emerging trends, major competitors, buyer behavior, and operational requirements of printing businesses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen, capable of designing and executing effective go-to-market strategies, sales pipelines, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Project management proficiency, especially in overseeing end-to-end industrial printing machine projectsfrom pre-sales technical consultations to installation, testing, and client training.
- Proven experience in coordinating with international principals, including handling product training, aligning local sales strategy with global direction, managing forecasts, and ensuring after-sales service quality and spare parts availability.
- Bachelor&aposs Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Placement in Juanda, Jakarta Pusat (Asaba Group).
What you&aposll be doing
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Industrial Printing division to achieve high-impact business targets
- Manage a team of account managers and customer service professionals to deliver exceptional service and build strong client relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, pitching Asaba Group&aposs services to potential clients
- Oversee the delivery of all Industrial Printing projects, ensuring high-quality standards and on-time completion
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimise operations and drive continuous improvement
- Represent the Industrial Printing division in key stakeholder meetings and industry events
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to position Asaba Group as the industry leader
