HCMS Assistant Manager

Job Description

  • Ensure our HCMS (Talenta) runs smoothly and is fully adopted by all Human Capital functions
  • Act as the Product Owner for all HC & GA-related systems (e.g., asset management system, performance management, learning management system, talent management system, attendance, payroll)
  • Design business process flows and user interfaces for new systems that havent been developed yet
  • Translate business needs into system requirements and coordinate with internal/external tech teams

Job requirements

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS/HCMS implementation or digital HR transformation.
  • Experience in process design, system analysis, or product ownership.
  • Strong skills in process mapping, documentation, and UI/UX wireframing.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments and with vendors.
  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying system improvements.
  • Experience with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Talenta, GreatDay, or similar will be added value.
  • Willing to work on Saturday
