Ensure our HCMS (Talenta) runs smoothly and is fully adopted by all Human Capital functions
Act as the Product Owner for all HC & GA-related systems (e.g., asset management system, performance management, learning management system, talent management system, attendance, payroll)
Design business process flows and user interfaces for new systems that havent been developed yet
Translate business needs into system requirements and coordinate with internal/external tech teams
Job requirements
Bachelors degree in HR, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in HRIS/HCMS implementation or digital HR transformation.
Experience in process design, system analysis, or product ownership.
Strong skills in process mapping, documentation, and UI/UX wireframing.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments and with vendors.
Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying system improvements.
Experience with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Talenta, GreatDay, or similar will be added value.
