Qualifications
- University graduate, Finance or HR is preferable
- Certified Master Compensation and Benefit (will be an advantage)
- Minimum 5 (five) years related working experience in Human Resource Management
- Indonesian Law and Indonesian Labor Law
- Expert in employee Tax
- HR Management
- Familiar with Remuneration System
- Experience in the payroll process
- Familiar with HRIS System (database and payroll)
- Have experience in leading audit is a plus
- Computer Literate: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), presentation knowledge
- Excellence English communication and business correspondence skill;
- Good initiative, interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
- Disciplined, conscientious, creative, initiative and have good communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
Job Description
Payroll Assistant Manager responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end payroll, employee data management processes, and compensation & benefit for PT Daimler Commercial Vehicles Indonesia (DCVI) and PT Daimler Commercial Vehicles Manufacturing Indonesia (DCVMI).
Payroll Management
- Manage payroll processes for local and expatriate employees of DCVI and DCVMI, ensuring salary payments are accurate and on time.
- Calculate and process bonuses in line with the implemented methods, including ensuring accuracy of bonus payments.
- Administer employee benefits within the payroll process.
- Handle social security deductions and payments.
- Maintain and coordinate company loans and bank loans through the payroll system.
- Ensure compliance with tax reporting requirements, including Indonesian tax and expatriate host-country tax filings.
- Manage employee taxation data (personal income tax), including Benefit In-Kind (BIK)
- Collate and prepare tax data, including tax clearance documentation.
- Ensure legal reporting of taxes and social security contributions.
- Coordinate payroll-related administration, including:
- Time management and attendance
- Absence and leave crediting
- Vacation and leave of absence processing
- Issue ledgers of payment and ensure timely monthly payroll reporting.
- Coordinate and maintain purchase requisition data for payroll vendors.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Conduct annual compensation and benefit surveys and provide analysis of results.
- Benchmark survey results against Daimler Trucks current C&B practices to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Provide compensation data analyses for annual total remuneration surveys.
- Manage employee&aposs benefit such as Medical Insurance and other benefit.
Data Management
- Manage and maintain employee personnel files, ensuring all documentation is complete and securely stored (both physical and digital).
- Complete personnel files for new employees, ensuring confidentiality of data.
- Maintain and update employee database in HR systems.
- Execute system data changes as requested (e.g., personal or employment data updates).
- Ensure supporting documents for system data changes are complete and available.
- Prepare employee offers and contracts.
- Collaborate with Global Daimler Truck for up to date Payroll system management and policies.
Reporting
- Prepare and submit accurate monthly payroll reports.
- Coordinate and prepare yearly medical incentive reports.
- Provide statistical data for compensation and benefits benchmarking.
- Develop and deploy automated reports and dashboards to replace manual reporting.
- Prepare routine and ad hoc HR reports, including those required for quarterly and annual audits.
Audit & Compliance
- Maintain and review implementation of HR working instructions.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other HR documentation.
