Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Service Representative located in Batam City. The Guest Service Representative will be responsible for greeting and checking in guests, managing reservations, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions. The role includes maintaining a high level of customer service, handling cash transactions, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience in reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, and handling guest inquiries
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle cash transactions accurately
• Proficiency in using hotel management software
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality management is a plus
• Empathy, patience, and a polite demeanor
