Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta. As a Growth & Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for bringing the right people into nakedpress cafe in Ashta—through strategic partnerships, community building, and high-impact activations.

You will play a key role in making nakedpress a go-to destination by:

• building relationships with corporate clients, fitness communities, and lifestyle brands
• driving B2B revenue and collaborations
• Conceptualize and execute in-store activations, community events and brand collaborations that drive traffic and visibility

This is a highly external-facing role. You will represent nakedpress in conversations, negotiations, and collaborations—and are expected to take ownership of results, not just activity.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or growth roles
• Proven track record of: closing partnerships/deals and building communities/networks
• Strong communication and negotiation skills—you're confident in front of clients and partners
• Highly proactive—you don't wait for instructions, you create opportunities
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for results
• Ability to think both strategically and execute on the ground
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, or wellness brands is a plus
