Job Description:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts in Indonesia-Sumatera Utara, ensuring growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue potential.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors activities to inform strategic account planning and positioning.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring agreements meet both client and company objectives.
  • Regularly report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, achieving sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesia market and the unique challenges of the Sumatera Utara region.
  • Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle complex situations.
  • Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
