The Growth & Strategy Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the long-term growth and strategic direction of the Online Commerce & Digital Marketing department. This role will focus on optimizing online sales operations and digital marketing initiatives, leveraging data analysis to generate actionable insights that support business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the overall budget is allocated effectively and will manage the execution of data analysis and documentation to guide decision-making processes.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement growth strategies for online sales operations and digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with each pillar's heads to align strategies with overall company objectives.
- Identify new opportunities for growth in online sales and digital marketing channels
- Streamline online sales operations including seller center management, campaign registration, bundle strategy, and livestream operations.
Data Analysis And Insights Generation
- Conduct complex data analyses to generate insights related to online sales performance, campaign effectiveness, KOL and affiliate partnerships, and consumer behavior.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online commerce and digital marketing.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports summarizing findings and recommendations to senior management
Budget Management
- Oversee the overall budget for the Online Commerce & Digital Marketing department, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Evaluate return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, making adjustments as needed for maximum impact.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to online commerce and digital marketing.
- Identify areas for enhancement in operational processes and marketing strategies, advocating for innovation and process improvements.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analysis, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in online commerce, digital marketing, or strategy roles, preferably with a focus on e-commerce.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective strategies that drive growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools, particularly for performance marketing, KOL, and affiliate management.
