We are entering our next growth phase and are looking for a data-driven, creative, and execution-focused Growth Manager to scale revenue, optimize marketing performance, and build a predictable growth engine.
Role Overview
As Growth Manager, you will own revenue growth across paid media, organic acquisition, funnel optimization, and retention. This is not just an ads role you will be responsible for the full growth ecosystem.
You will work closely with the founders to:
Scale customer acquisition profitably
Improve conversion rates across funnels
Increase repeat purchase & LTV
Build systems for sustainable growth
Key Responsibilities
1. Acquisition & Paid Media
Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
Optimize CAC, ROAS, MER
Test creatives and angles weekly
Work with content team to develop performance creatives
2. Funnel & Conversion Optimization
Improve landing pages and product pages
Optimize checkout flow
Conduct A/B testing
Analyze drop-offs and improve CVR
3. Retention & LTV Growth
Build email & WhatsApp flows
Improve repeat purchase rate
Develop upsell & cross-sell strategies
Launch limited collections / drops strategically
4. Analytics & Reporting
Build weekly growth dashboard
Track CAC, LTV, ROAS, AOV, CVR
Provide actionable insights (not just reports)
Requirements
3+ years experience in performance marketing or growth
Proven track record scaling DTC or e-commerce brands
Strong understanding of Meta & Google Ads
Comfortable with analytics tools (GA4, Shopify, etc.)
Data-driven but creatively sharp
Experience in premium/luxury segment is a plus
