Job Description

We are looking for a Growth & Marketing Senior Manager to lead our marketing engine and drive scalable growth for the business.

This role will be responsible for building and executing the company's growth strategy, driving user acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency across digital channels.

You will lead a team responsible for performance marketing, affiliate partnerships, and creative marketing execution, while ensuring strong marketing performance for the current business and simultaneously launching new growth initiatives.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, entrepreneurial, and hands-on a true self-starter with a strong can-do attitude who can lead teams, experiment quickly, and turn insights into impactful growth strategies in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Growth Strategy

  • Define and execute the overall marketing strategy to drive sustainable user acquisition, activation, and revenue growth.
  • Identify and scale high-impact digital acquisition channels including paid media, affiliate partnerships, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Continuously optimize the end-to-end marketing funnels to improve conversion, efficiency and growth performance

Scale Performance Marketing

  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels including paid social, search, display, and other performance platforms.
  • Monitor and improve key metrics, such as CAC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Implement structured experimentation and A/B testing across campaigns, landing pages, and funnels.

Develop Affiliate and Partnership Channels

  • Define and lead the affiliate and partnership strategy to build scalable acquisition channels and expand the company's distribution ecosystem.
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish high-impact strategic partners and affiliate networks that can drive sustainable customer growth.
  • Design and optimize partner programs, incentive models, and performance frameworks to maximize long-term partner value and revenue contribution.
  • Establish governance, tracking, and performance management frameworks to ensure partner channels deliver consistent and measurable growth.

Drive Creative Effectiveness

  • Work closely with the creative team to produce high-performing marketing assets across digital channels.
  • Apply data-driven creative testing to continuously improve campaign messaging and effectiveness
  • Ensure creative output supports both brand positioning and performance objectives.

Lead and Elevate the Marketing Team

  • Lead, mentor, and optimize the marketing team to deliver high-impact performance.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, agility, and continuous improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, commercial, and leadership teams to drive growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Experience in technology companies, startups, fintech, or digital platforms is highly preferred.
  • Strong experience managing multi-channel acquisition strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms, affiliate marketing, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Proven experience leading and developing marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • A proactive self-starter with a strong ownership mentality and can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment.

Experience managing marketing initiatives across Southeast Asian markets is a strong advantage.
