What you will do:
To lead the visual development and creative execution of all design, photography, videography, and brand identity assets for ARYADUTA Hotel Group. This role ensures the brands visual language remains consistent, aspirational, and aligned across all touchpoints, supporting all five MARCOMM pillars through strong design thinking and production quality.
VISUAL PILLAR (Lead Function)
- Develop and produce high-quality visual content for group-level campaigns, digital assets, print materials, sales tools, and brand communications.
- Maintain, update, and enforce the ARYADUTA brand guideline across all properties and platforms.
- Manage photography and videography requirements for corporate campaigns, hotel shoots, and content production.
- Provide creative direction and layout design for presentations, brochures, internal communication tools, and investor materials.
- Support property-level visual needs by reviewing, approving, or enhancing submitted designs to ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Build and manage the groups digital asset library, including photo/video archives and template repositories.
- Collaborate with vendors or freelancers (when needed) for visual production, retouching, or specialized creative work.
MARKETING PILLAR (Creative Support)
- Translate marketing briefs into compelling visual assets that drive engagement, conversion, and brand recall.
- Develop visuals for tactical campaigns, seasonal offers, promotions, and cross-property programs.
DIGITAL PILLAR (Integrated Design Role)
- Create optimized digital assets (banners, GIFs, videos, thumbnails) for social media, website, paid media, and email.
- Ensure all visuals are responsive and platform-friendly, maintaining consistency in mobile and desktop formats.
COMMUNICATION PILLAR (Visual Storytelling)
- Collaborate with Communication team to produce visually strong press kits, corporate decks, and storytelling materials.
- Support media and PR initiatives with branded visual collaterals.
EVENT PILLAR (Activation Design)
- Design event collaterals including invitation, backdrop, signage, stage visual, and merchandise for campaigns and events.
- Provide visual art direction for event production and documentation.
Key Deliverables:
- Updated ARYADUTA Brand Guideline
- Group visual asset library
- Campaign design kits (print & digital)
- Hotel photography & video shoots (scheduled per year)
- Design templates for units
- Visual content for social media, paid media, and events
Others:
- Achieve the monthly and annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) assigned, which will be outlined separately. KPIs may include, but are not limited to, targets related to productivity, quality, efficiency, compliance, and contributions to team or departmental objectives.
- Accept temporary or permanent transfers to another section, department, or Aryaduta property, as required by business needs and performance considerations.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior, which are relevant to the role and support departmental or organizational objectives.
DNA:
- Bachelors degree in graphic design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in a graphic/multimedia designer role, preferably in hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects)
- Canva (for fast-paced templating)
- Camera equipment handling (DSLR, mirrorless, lighting)
- Editing software for basic to advanced visual production
- Google Drive, Shared Folders, Asset Management Tools
- Microsoft Office (for layout and presentation formatting)
- Excellent design skills (typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy)
- Proficiency in photography and videography (both production & editing)
- Strong understanding of branding and visual consistency
- Ability to balance creativity with functionality and commercial goals
- Detail-oriented with high-quality output standard
- Strong time management and multitasking in high-volume production
