As an Group Brand Manager, you will:
Brand Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute long-term brand and marketing strategies aligned with company business objectives
- Define communication direction, and value proposition for each brand/product under management
- Ensure consistency of brand identity, messaging, tone of voice, and visual direction across all channels
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, consumer behavior, and emerging digital trends to identify growth opportunities and strategic initiatives
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms including social media, KOL/influencer channels, e-commerce etc.
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, timeline management, budget allocation, and post-campaign evaluation.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand objectives, target audience, and business KPIs.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data and insights.
Social Media, Content & Community Leadership
- Lead overall social media and content strategy across all brand platforms.
- Manage and mentor in-house Social Media, Content, and Creative teams to produce engaging, high-performing, and brand aligned content.
- Ensure content strategy supports brand storytelling, customer engagement, community growth, and commercial objectives.
KOL & Influencer Marketing
- Develop and oversee overall KOL/influencer marketing strategy including brand partnerships, ambassador programs, seeding initiatives, and campaign collaborations.
- Lead and guide the in-house KOL Specialist team to ensure effective execution, relationship management, and campaign performance.
- Monitor KOL effectiveness, campaign impact, engagement metrics, and ROI optimization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, creators, talents, and industry partners.
Product & Brand Development
- Collaborate closely with Product Development team on product ideation, market validation, consumer insights, and launch strategy.
- Contribute to product positioning, naming, packaging direction, pricing input, and overall product storytelling.
- Provide market and customer insights to support innovation and business growth opportunities.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and develop a sizable in-house marketing team across Brand, Content, Social Media, and KOL functions.
- Set clear goals, KPIs, workflows, and development plans for team members.
- Foster a collaborative, agile, and high-performance working culture.
- Work closely with Product Development, Sales, Finance, and Management teams to ensure alignment between brand strategy and business priorities.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, media partners, and strategic collaborators when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Integrated Marketing roles.
- Strong experience managing digital first brands, social media strategy, and influencer/KOL marketing.
- Proven experience leading and managing sizable in-house marketing teams.
- Experience in beauty, skincare, FMCG, retail, lifestyle, or consumer-driven industries is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystem, consumer trends, social commerce, and brand building.
- Experience collaborating with Product Development teams is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, project management, communication, and leadership skills.
