Responsibilities
As a Group Brand Manager for the HORECA Channel, you will be responsible for driving business growth and brand development across hotels, restaurants, and cafés.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the development of HORECA business, including product portfolio, launch plans, route-to-market strategy, channel development, marketing plans and execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams for product development initiatives
- Monitor overall business performance, including, sales target, sales achievement, distribution coverage and account productivity
- Prepare and present business plans, monthly performance reviews, and strategic initiatives to Management / Board of Directors
- Develop market insights related to customers (cafés, restaurants, hotels), competitors and pricing landscape
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing, preferably in FMCG or HORECA-related industries
- Strong understanding of HORECA channel dynamics (hotels, restaurants, cafés)
- Proven experience in product development, brand strategy, and go-to-market execution
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
