Accountable for achieving KPIs across the entire brand portfolio (Sales, Buyers, Productivity, and their derivatives).
Supervise, direct, and coordinate Brand Managers (Nutrition & Wellness, Body & Beauty, and Healthy Home) to ensure each brands target achievement and brand equity growth, aligned with the implementation of Founders Fundamentals & Amway Values.
Ensure effective planning and implementation of product portfolio management, including product launches, SKU management, and promotional programs.
Ensure that every program/event launched by Brand Managers supports overall strategy, KPI achievement, and enhances the companys reputation.
Oversee and review the forecasts prepared by Brand Managers, ensuring accuracy and consistency with company targets.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing & Communication Department and other related departments on all matters related to products.
Motivate, guide, and build solid teamwork as well as a conducive working environment for the team, while fostering effective cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or other related fields.
810 years of experience in Marketing/Brand Management/Product Management, with exposure to managing multiple categories or product portfolios.
37 years of leadership experience, with strong skills in coaching, developing potential, and providing constructive direction to enhance team performance.
Proven ability to manage team dynamics with an inclusive approach, building a positive work culture, trust, and consistent, objective decision-making.
Experienced in working cross-functionally with Marketing & Communication and other related departments.
Previous experience in industries such as Banking, Distribution, B2B, Consumer Goods, or other relevant industries is an advantage.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate industry trends into brand strategies that drive growth.
Demonstrated adaptability in facing market dynamics, shifting business priorities, and ensuring effective team execution.
