Graphic Designer

We are seeking two experienced SBW Designers (Signage, Branding & Wayfinding) to support the delivery of a large-scale, high-profile international event.

This role will play a critical part in shaping the visual experience of the event, ensuring signage, branding, and wayfinding elements are clear, functional, accessible, and aligned with the overall event identity.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative and functional designs for signage, branding, and wayfinding elements across the event footprint

Ensure all outputs align with the event's visual identity, brand guidelines, and client requirements

Produce technical drawings, 3D models, layouts, and material specifications suitable for fabrication and installation

Collaborate closely with design, technical, production, and construction teams to ensure seamless execution

Adapt designs to site conditions, accessibility requirements, and relevant safety standards

Review and approve prototypes, mock-ups, and samples prior to production

Provide support during on-site installation, resolving design issues as they arise

Participate in post-event evaluation, documenting learnings and recommendations for future events

Required Experience & Skills

Proven experience in signage, branding, and wayfinding design for large-scale events, exhibitions, or public environments

Strong understanding of environmental graphics and spatial design principles

Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar)

Experience producing build-ready technical documentation

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Knowledge of accessibility standards and wayfinding best practices

Ability to work on-site during installation phases

Nice to Have

Previous experience on major international events or forums

Familiarity with temporary structures, large-format printing, and fabrication processes

Experience working with multidisciplinary delivery teams
