Motion Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics from initial concept development to final delivery.
• Translate creative briefs into engaging visual storytelling aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create on-air and off-air promotional assets, including bumpers, openers, idents, stings, and digital content.
• Develop visual concepts, style frames, storyboards, and animation sequences.
• Execute modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and compositing for 3D projects.
• Collaborate closely with Producers, Editors, and Creative Team to ensure timely and high-quality outputs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ensure all creative materials meet broadcast and digital platform standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer (2D & 3D).
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Interactive Design, or related field.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Proficiency in 3D software such as Cinema 4D (C4D), Blender, or 3ds Max.
• Strong sense of design, composition, typography, and motion principles.
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently.
• Highly organized and capable of handling multiple assignments and tight deadlines.
• Strong interest and passion for motion graphics, animation trends, and visual storytelling.
