Key Responsibilities :
1. Conceptualize and execute visual materials based on briefs and campaign objectives
2. Design creative decks for internal and external use
3. Edit and retouch photos
4. Design social media assets including static posts, carousels, and stories
5. Create mockup content to visualize campaign ideas or brand collaterals
6. Assist as art team during production to ensure visual consistency on set
7. Collaborate closely with copywriters, video editors, and strategists to maintain a unified visual direction
8. Maintain organized working files and deliverables, and adapt designs based on internal or client feedback
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or other related creative disciplines
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a graphic designer (freelance experience is acceptable)
3. Previous experience working in a creative or advertising agency is highly preferred
4. Strong visual sensibility with attention to layout, typography, and composition
5. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) with strong skills in Digital Imaging, including color grading and object removal
6. Basic knowledge of camera operations to assist during shoots or for mockup production
7. Familiar with basic video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, InShot, or other platforms) doesn't have to be advanced, but able to handle simple editing needs
8. Experience with AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Sora) and ability to integrate them into your workflow is a plus
9. Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
10. Open-minded, adaptable, and responsive to feedback and creative direction
11. Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
