Job Description

Play a key role in the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) including anti-bribery and corruption (ABC) function across CIMB Niaga, reporting to Head of Good Corporate Governance& Sustainability. Assisting to ensure that GCG practices and culture are embedded across all Business Units and Business Enablers in CIMB Niaga as implementation of Banks GCG framework and strategies.

Business Performance and Management

  • Embed GCG and ABC practices across all Business Units (BU) and Business Enablers (BE) to build a culture of GCG, in all individual BUs and BEs.
  • Support and monitoring GCG implementation and its improvement in the Bank & Subsidiaries.
  • Assist on GCG & ABC risk assessment and due diligence on Banks activities include, but not limited to credit and non-credit activities.
  • Ensure the Banks GCG risk, particularly in management organisational structure and business activities.
  • Ensure that Banks related GCG policies & website are in compliance with the latest regulations, ACGS, trends and best practises liaison with respective units.
  • In charge in the preparation of Annual GCG Report as well as assist in the preparation of the whole Annual Report with Investor Relations unit.
  • Conduct random checking to ensure implementation of CG.

People Management

  • Serve as an expert of industry regulations and policy decisions, and keep key stakeholders across the Bank abreast of material developments influencing sustainable business decisions.
  • Advise on the embedment and continuous practice of GCG factors when developing and assessing products and processes.
  • Develop Banks internal GCG capability through knowledge transfer and raising awareness and capacity building internally.
  • Serve as the coordinator in the development process of Banks GCG products and/or services, at all business segments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor&aposs Degree from a recognized University
  • Have knowledge related to ISO 37001 SMAP
  • Have experience as Compliance and/or Corporate Secretary Banking for at least 3 years
  • Have knowledge related to Good Corporate Governance banking and ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard
  • Have knowledge related to ISO 37001 SMAP
  • Fluent in English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
