Job Description

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets for all company projects.
  • Create and implement SOPs to streamline Sales and Marketing activities.
  • Prepare and manage marketing budgets to ensure alignment with approved limits.
  • Maximize the effectiveness of all marketing efforts, both online and offline.
  • Propose innovative ideas to promote the company's property products and projects.
  • Achieve targeted marketing leads and conversion rates.
  • Enhance the overall branding and visibility of the company's property portfolio.
  • Organize events to increase visitor engagement and awareness (e.g., promotional campaigns or open house events).
  • Oversee the preparation and marketing of property products within the company's portfolio.
  • Lead and supervise the Sales & Marketing division.
  • Design and manage marketing collateral to support the sales process.
  • Drive the achievement of revenue targets across all company projects.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports on Sales and Marketing activities, including performance analysis and results.
  • Monitor customer collection rates and ensure the effectiveness of sales conversion processes.
  • Provide recommendations to improve revenue generation and meet company objectives.
  • Supervise promotional activities to optimize market penetration.
  • Facilitate research and studies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Review and approve property sales pricing based on market feedback and customer agreements.
  • Ensure alignment between sales strategies and the company's overall business goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to successfully achieve sales targets.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in property development or a related industry in Sales and Marketing leadership roles.
  • Strong strategic planning, team management, and operational execution skills.
  • Solid understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and branding principles.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships while driving sales growth.
