Responsibilities
- Developing sales strategies for dental services (esthetic, implant, etc.) and monitoring target achievement through revenue dashboards and conversion rate analysis.
- Ensuring service standards are met, handling patient complaints promptly, and achieving target Patient Retention Rates.
- Overseeing daily operations, doctor/staff schedules, and ensuring efficient patient flow according to SOPs.
- Providing coaching and counseling, as well as creating career development plans for the clinic team.
- Managing operational budgets, controlling costs (cost-to-revenue ratio), and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sterilization protocols.
- Evaluating the performance and onboarding of new employees at each branch.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
- At least 2 years of experience as an District/Area Manager in healthcare services, hospitality, or food retail.
- Experience in multi-branch oversight and cross-functional team management.
- Proficient in analyzing leads/opportunity data and clinic growth, with a service and target-oriented mindset.
- Strategic thinking, leadership, budget control, and problem-solving.
