Responsibilities

Creative Director leads the artistic vision for marketing, advertising, or brand content, ensuring all output aligns with business goals. They manage creative teams from concept to execution, guiding branding across digital, print, and video channels. They also manage budgets, pitch to clients, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and oversee the overall visual and conceptual direction of campaigns.
  • Lead, mentor, and review the work of AI Designer, Graphic Designer, and Video/Motion Editor
  • Collaborate with marketing team to produce content across digital, social, and print platforms.
  • Ensure brand identity is consistent and high-quality across all channels.
  • Manage creative budgets, timelines, and production schedules.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in advertising, design, or marketing, typically with experience as an art director
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative, strategic campaigns.
  • Proficient in leadership, communication, and project management.
  • Up-to-date with current trends, technology, and industry best practices.
