About the Role
Contract period until June 2026, working in a hybrid arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of local statutory financial statements and financial reporting package to the World Headquarters on timely basis as well as their compliances to local and global policies.
- Prepare and process manual journal closing month end
- Prepare report closing month end
- Maintain and follow up pending closing item
- To advise other department regarding SRM code or GL account related with ZBB mapping
- Maintain, follow up & prepare report Closing checklist
- Prepare and send invoice Sub Lease Warehouse
- Prepare & submit report Lalu Lintas Devisa for Bank Indonesia
- Prepare & submit Monthly survey for Badan Pusat Statistic
- Support data/document for Audit need
- Support data/document for Sarbanes Oxley compliance
- Filling document manual journal
- Cash flow forecast (Payroll & Lease)
- Balance sheet analysis; monthly & quarterly
- Quarterly/ Annually report to Global : A-Report
- Lease report
Qualifications
Skills & Capabilities:
- Bachelor degree in Finance, majoring in Accounting. Professional accountancy qualification and/or an advance degree in accounting is a plus.
- Demonstrate strong technical accounting skills and understanding of accounting principles include local GAAP and US GAAP.

- Good computer skills (Excel (medium: Pivot, VLOOKUP, manage hundreds to thousand data), PowerPoint)
- English & Bahasa proficient - both written and spoken.
