About the Role
Contract period until June 2026, working in a hybrid arrangement
Responsibilities
Treasury Operational
- Prepare weekly payment to vendor & non-vendor (Including Forex Payment & Telegraphic Transfer Payment)
- Encrypt & Upload data Payment in Internet banking (HSBC.net)
- Cooperate with treasury staff to fill document / Invoice that has been paid (send to Karawang)
- Prepare supporting documents related to buying foreign currency / dealing forward.
- FX Forecast
- Revise unallocated payment Report (related to import payment)
- Journal entry to manual payment.
- Review Vendor master request.
- Cooperate with treasury staff to prepare sample documents for the auditor.
- AP minus process (if the request from AP team)
- Hedging process
Financial & Reporting
- Entertainment form A-B1 Reconciliation
- Maintain Autodebet utility payment (electricity & Telephone)
- Maintain Lucias Reconciliation (Including Create DN Lucia)
- Prepare data & Analysis for Cash Forecast
- Upload Lucias reconciliation in Blackline system
- Assist the Account Payable Specialist to check the AP Aging invoice.
- Simodis & LLD report & Submission to government (Central Bank)
- Check vendor master maintenance form (Vendors bank account, branch code, bank code)
Requirement:
- Financial, accounting, and treasury (knowledge of investment portfolio strategy, banking, and financial instruments) knowledge and capabilities.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing team.
- Ability to work under pressure
