Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Business Growth
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Prepare annual and quarterly business plans, sales forecasts, and growth projections.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Establish pricing, product positioning, and market expansion strategies.
Sales Leadership
- Manage the end-to-end sales process and ensure achievement of revenue and profit targets.
- Lead multi-channel sales operations (B2B, B2C, Key Accounts, Retail, Online, Distributors).
- Monitor sales KPIs, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
- Strengthen relationships with key customers, partners, and strategic accounts.
- Improve sales effectiveness through coaching, sales training, and performance reviews.
Marketing & Brand Management
- Oversee both digital and offline marketing strategies and execution.
- Manage marketing campaigns, promotions, and communication channels to improve brand visibility.
- Optimize marketing budgets and track ROI for each campaign.
- Conduct market research and ensure customer feedback is integrated into product and service improvements.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
Team Leadership & Organizational Development
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales & Marketing teams, fostering high performance and collaboration.
- Define team structure, responsibilities, and development plans.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for improvement.
- Build a culture focused on innovation, customer orientation, and business results.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Compile and present sales performance reports and marketing results to top management.
- Evaluate business performance, identify issues, and propose actionable solutions.
- Ensure alignment with financial targets, budget control, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 812+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with 5+ years in senior managerial roles.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage large-scale sales operations.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experienced in digital marketing, brand management, and multi-channel sales.
- Result-driven, adaptable, and able to work under fast-changing business environments.
