Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote waste management services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial and healthcare sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure service alignment with client needs.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Monitor sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness, providing regular reports to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, environmental science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in waste management or environmental services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of industrial and medical waste management regulations and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
