Job Description

What you will do

  • Lead and execute integrated Retail, DTC, and E-Commerce sales strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market leadership.
  • Translate business objectives into annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans covering revenue, volume, and market share targets.
  • Define and optimize channel portfolio strategies, including channel roles, growth focus, and commercial models to expand market coverage.
  • Set channel-specific strategies including pricing, promotions, distribution plans, and sales budgets to balance growth and margin.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion areas to support long-term sales growth.
  • Manage key retail accounts and trade partners, including commercial negotiations, listings, promotions, and in-store activations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners as major revenue contributors.
  • Monitor and control sales performance through periodic reviews of product, channel, and operational results against targets.
  • Ensure alignment and integration across all sales channels, resolving cross-channel conflicts and preventing cannibalization.
  • Drive collaboration across sales organizations to achieve shared revenue and profitability goals.
  • Ensure consistent customer experience across all sales touchpoints.
  • Manage sales budgets effectively and efficiently to maintain company profitability.
  • Lead manpower planning, coaching, performance management, and team development across the sales organization.
  • Act as a role model in implementing company culture and fostering a collaborative, high-performing sales team.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 810 years of experience in Sales, with strong exposure to Retail and E-Commerce, and 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel sales strategies and large key accounts.
  • Strong commercial acumen with solid understanding of pricing, margin, profitability, and forecasting.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and make strategic decisions.
  • Experience in beauty, FMCG, or consumer-driven industries is a strong plus.
