Mazda Indonesia (ATPM)

About the Role

Mazda Indonesia is seeking a strategic and performance-driven Sales Operation General Manager to lead national sales performance and operational excellence across our dealer network. This role is responsible for driving sustainable sales growth, strengthening dealer performance, and ensuring operational discipline in alignment with principal standards.

In addition, this position will oversee the Mazda Training Center to ensure continuous capability development and structured sales competency programs across the network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute national sales strategy aligned with principal targets and market dynamics
  • Drive retail and wholesale performance to achieve annual and monthly sales objectives
  • Lead dealer network performance management, including sales planning, pipeline control, stock management, and incentive program implementation
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategy
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to principal
  • Strengthen governance, SOP implementation, and operational discipline across all dealerships
  • Lead the Mazda Training Center to ensure structured and measurable capability development for Sales Consultants, Supervisors, and Sales Managers
  • Align training programs with business strategy and principal standards, ensuring measurable impact on sales productivity
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence and customer experience
  • Lead and develop high-performing national and regional sales teams while collaborating closely with Marketing, Aftersales, Network Development, and Finance

Requirements

  • Minimum 1215 years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Proven track record in national sales leadership role (GM / Senior Manager level) within an ATPM structure
  • Strong exposure to dealer network management and retail automotive operations
  • Experience in overseeing training or capability development programs is highly preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and strategic mindset
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (verbal & written)
