Analyze the existing General Affairs (GA) systems and workflows to identify areas that can be optimized.
Design and develop new systems or enhance existing ones (for example: procurement systems, office logistics, maintenance request tracking) to improve the efficiency and transparency of the GA team's work.
Integrate the use of technology and AI-based tools for automating administrative tasks, data management, and GA reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for system implementation, from testing to rollout and evaluation.
Develop SOPs and work guidelines that are practical, easy to understand, and applicable.
Conduct regular monitoring of the effectiveness of GA systems and provide data-driven recommendations for further improvements.
Support daily GA operations such as office facility and logistics management as part of the implemented systems.
Requirements
Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably from Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in General Affairs, especially in improving GA work systems and internal processes.
Experienced in developing and implementing digital or automated GA work systems.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other digital tools for data management and reporting.
Familiar with AI-based technologies for work efficiency (e.g., automation tools, AI assistants, GA chatbots, etc.).
Basic understanding of building structures, civil works, light renovation methods, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems is a plus.
Basic troubleshooting skills for electronic devices (laptops, printers, etc.) are an advantage.
Able to think systematically and possess strong analytical skills.
