About the Role
As a Funding Manager, you'll be responsible for building and expanding partnerships with banks, multi finance companies, P2P lenders, and other capital providers. You'll lead funding initiatives end to end; from strategy and negotiation to deal structuring, documentation, and ongoing lender management. This role plays a key part in optimizing cost of funds, liquidity, and capital efficiency as the business scales. You'll also act as the main point of contact for external funding partners, building long-term, trust-based relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish expansion of the company's partnership with lenders, including Banks, BPRs, multi-finance companies and other capital providers
- Oversee and manage funding initiatives and other strategic partnerships with financial institutions
- Develop and execute funding strategies to optimize cost of funds, liquidity and capital efficiency
- Manage all negotiations with financial partners including deal structuring and pricing
- Manage end to end loan processes including loan documentation, disbursement and covenant monitoring
- Act as the key point of contact for lenders and external stakeholders, building long-term, trust-based partnerships.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Banking, Multi-finance, P2P Lending, Private Credit, or Asset Management
- Proven track record in sourcing and closing deals, including term sheet negotiation and partner onboarding
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with external stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of financial services regulations across Banking, Multi-finance, and P2P sectors
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, and tech-driven environment.
- Experience managing high-net-worth individual (HNW) client is a strong plus
