Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Fund Analyst Officer. This role is responsible for the operational administration of managed funds, including:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage documentation of portfolio and client transactions
- Prepare settlement instructions based on deal tickets
- Report daily Net Asset Value (NAV) and fair value of portfolios
- Maintain client and transaction data in compliance with regulations
- Analyze mutual fund performance and client transaction trends
- Coordinate with custodian banks and internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately and strategically
- Proficient in Fund Accounting and General Accounting principles, with deep understanding of financial reporting, reconciliation, and investment fund management
- 13 years of experience in fund accounting or investment back office
- Familiarity with mutual fund Coretax processes and capital market regulations (OJK & IDX)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, both internally and externally
