What You Will Do
- Develop and build new backend features for our payment systems.
- Collaborate with product managers to understand project goals and deliver on our product roadmap.
- Write clean, maintainable code and learn software engineering best practices.
- Help ensure our systems are reliable, secure, and available for our users.
- Participate in team meetings, from code reviews and sprint planning to discussing system architecture.
- Optimize system performance and contribute to a secure financial platform.
- Work with frontend developers to ensure our services integrate smoothly.
What We Are Looking For
- A recent graduate or junior developer with a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Some experience with a backend programming language like Ruby on Rails, Golang, Python, or a similar language.
- An understanding of SQL and database concepts.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and basic system design principles.
- Knowledge of Git for version control.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for learning.
- Any experience with financial technology, blockchain, or frontend technologies (like React or JavaScript) is a plus!
