SBG builds and scales digital products across banking, insurance, retail (FMCG), healthcare, education, and AI. We're hiring a Full Stack Engineer with strong system reasoning, backend depth, and frontend discipline to deliver secure, scalable, and production-grade platforms across multiple squads.

- Working Days: Monday to Friday
Role Scope
Design, build, and maintain end-to-end systems spanning frontend and backend layers. Deliver reliable, scalable, and well-structured applications for enterprise and regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop frontend applications using Angular with clean, modular architecture
- Build backend services using Java Spring Boot and Go
- Design and implement RESTful APIs with clear and stable contracts
- Implement business logic with proper separation of concerns
- Optimize performance, security, and system reliability
- Write structured unit, integration, and regression tests
- Handle deployment, debugging, and production issue resolution
- Collaborate with product, QA, security, and infrastructure teams
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Angular for enterprise-grade applications
- Solid backend development experience with Java Spring Boot
- Practical experience building services using Go
- Strong understanding of API design, data modeling, and system integration
- Disciplined approach to testing, debugging, and code quality
- Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with microservices and distributed systems
- Exposure to banking, insurance, or regulated industries
- Knowledge of security fundamentals (authentication, authorization, encryption)
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerized deployments
