Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application & System Development

• Develop scalable and maintainable back-end services using GoLang
• Build responsive front-end components using JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as Next.js or React
• Design and optimize RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services for system interoperability

2. Database & Storage Management

• Design robust database schemas in RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Firebase)
• Ensure efficient handling of structured and unstructured data in healthcare and operational contexts
• Implement indexing, normalization, performance tuning, and backup strategies

3. AI Feature Integration

• Implement and support AI-driven functionalities such as chatbot integration (FDC AI), clinical decision support, recommendation engines, and document intelligence
• Collaborate with the AI/ML team to integrate model outputs into core products

4. System Optimization & Security

• Improve application performance, conduct load testing, and optimize code for high concurrency
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and healthcare data standards through secure coding practices, encryption, and access control

5. Collaboration & Code Quality

• Work closely with Solution Architects, DevOps, QA, Data, and Product teams to deliver features aligned with FDC's architecture strategy
• Conduct code reviews, maintain coding standards, and contribute to documentation

6. DevOps & CI/CD Support

• Collaborate with DevOps to deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Support best practices in version control (GitFlow) and continuous improvement through automation
